Delivery

After receiving payment for your order, Wild Kiwi will process your order and dispatch it to you within two days. You will then be informed by email that your order has been sent. If we are out of stock you will be notified when the style will be back in stock.

International orders are Tracked where possible.

New Zealand

After dispatch delivery within New Zealand takes 2 - 5 business days depending on where you live. Delivery is free within New Zealand for orders over $70NZD.

NZ deliveries will be ‘signature required’ unless you state “leave in box” on your order.

Australia

Please ensure that you select Australia from ‘select shipping destination. Our standard delivery fee for Australian orders is approximately $10 - $15 NZD per garment, depending on size and weight. After dispatch delivery to Australia takes 3 - 10 working days.


International

International delivery takes between 10 - 14 working days. Our standard delivery fee for International Orders is $15NZD per small garment (T Shirts, Kids T Shirts, Hats, Beanies etc.) and $30NZD per large garment (Jackets, Polar fleece etc).  International orders may incur import charges, duty and tax, to be paid by the recipient.

United Kingdom and Europe Orders:

Please be aware that you may incur separate customs import charges.
United Kingdom orders may incur VAT and or Duty Tax.

Damaged and Lost Goods

On receiving the goods please inform us within two working days if the goods have been damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem.
If you do not receive the goods within two weeks of delivery send us an email and we will track it down.
For the above quote your order number in all correspondence.

You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
