In my dealings with Wild Kiwi I would just like to say that they were not only helpful but extremely friendly. I was in NZ a year ago and have never met so many nice people and I would bet that the Wild Kiwi is full of the wonderful Kiwi people. I live in Idaho in the U.S. and had to call long distance. The person that assisted me did all kinds of checking to find out how I could use my credit card on Pay Pal as it just seemed to want to use my bank account.
Because the jacket is a gift for my husband I didn't want him to see that on our checking account. She made suggestions and helped me immensely. I bought the same jacket in grey while I was in NZ and he has wanted one ever since. Thanks for being so wonderfully helpful and friendly.

After holidaying in New Zealand in April 2010, I purchased a soft shell jacket from you. My sister wanted one for her birthday so I went to the Wild Kiwi site and purchased one for her. I love the quality of the clothing and the price was great compared to other products that I have seen. The jackets look great on, keep you warm and keep the wet weather out. What great service I received from your company earlier this year.
We had been on a holiday in New Zealand and I had seen and tried on the weatherproof jacket (pink) in Wellington. However, being short of time I thought ok I like this jacket, I will keep an eye out and get one at another place. Tried at lots of stores, none in my size or colour I wanted. So when we came home to Australia I went on the internet, found your site and ordered the jacket I so liked. No problem with delivery and have had lots of nice compliments wearing it to the AFL football here in cold and wet Melbourne.

Thank you for the quick delivery of 2 fleece jackets to u.k. they are lovely, is there going to be an outlet in u.k. in anytime in the future.
