Making A Purchase


Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. All products and their descriptions are updated and described to the highest point of accuracy. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept card payments. If you are shopping from overseas, place your order and your card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. 

If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.



Guarantee


Wild Kiwi Clothing is designed and produced with great care and attention to detail, and we hope you will be delighted with your purchase. However if you do wish to return your garment, it must be done within 30 days of purchase and we will refund or exchange it with no questions asked.



Returns


Goods returned to Wild Kiwi Clothing, including incorrect sizing, must be unworn and sent at your expense.

 

Faulty Products
If the product is faulty, we will refund or credit the cost of the return postage. Please email us at enquiries@wildkiwiclothing.co.nz before you return the garment as we may require you to email us a photo of the faulty garment instead of returning it. This will save you time and postage costs



Delivery


After receiving payment for your order, Wild Kiwi will process your order and dispatch it to you within two days. You will then be informed by email that your order has been sent. If we are out of stock you will be notified when the style will be back in stock.

Normally for buyers within New Zealand, your order should arrive within three business days. International orders are generally received in under ten days.

Damaged and Lost Goods
On receiving the goods please inform us within two working days if the goods are damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem.
If you do not receive the goods within two weeks of delivery send us an email and we will endeavour to track it down.
For the above quote your order number in all correspondence.

You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.

New Zealand

After dispatch delivery within New Zealand takes one to three days depending on where you live. Our standard delivery fee for orders is $5.00 per garment.

Australia

Please ensure that you select Australia from ‘select shipping destination. Our standard delivery fee for Australian orders is $10.00 - $50.00NZD depending on size and weight. After dispatch delivery to Australia takes five to eight days.

International

After dispatch, delivery for all orders outside of New Zealand and Australia takes seven to ten days. Our standard delivery fee for International Orders is $20.00 per small garment (T Shirts, Kids T Shirts, Hats, Beanies etc.) and $30.00 per large garment (Jackets, Polar fleece etc). Depending on size and weight postage can cost between $20.00 - $70.00NZD. International orders may incur import charges, duty and tax, to be paid by the recipient.

Terms of Trade


When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason.
